Annually in celebration of International Women's Day, we invite the public to meet some women pilots and aviation professionals to learn more about aviation! We've now held this event for three consequetive years with great success.

We have women pilots available to answer your questions about aviation. Come for a casual discussion about learning to fly, aviation careers, becoming an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) and more! We will have several women pilots and an apprentice AME available to chat with you. Light snacks will be available to share too!

Did you know that just 4% of pilots worldwide are women? Under 2% of AMEs are women? Young men are three times more likely to be exposed to aviation than young women, which likely contributes to these statistics. Come and learn more about the joy of aviation and the career options in a casual environment!
