Community Events

Our chapter participates in a number of community events throughout the year. We like to encourage everyone to consider an aviation or aerospace career! We provide educational presentations, interactive learning opportunities, and real discussions about learning to fly!

May 2, 2026 Discover Aviation Day

COPA Flight 33 hosted a wonderful Discover Aviation Day at the Arnprior airport and 60 young people flew with volunteer pilots! The EOC99s hosted a very popular educational table, explaining about aviation and the basics of flight! The kids loved our model airplanes, colouring, and interactive items.
